Terms of Service

TentSaathi is booking and bookkeeping software for businesses that rent equipment out. We do not rent anything ourselves, we do not own any of the goods listed, and we are not responsible for their condition or delivery.

Every rental agreement is directly between the vendor and their customer. Money, goods and disputes arising from it are between those two parties.

Your phone number is your login. Keep your password safe — anything done from your account is treated as done by you.

Create one account per business. Registering with false or someone else's details is not allowed.

The first week is a free trial and needs no card. After that an active plan is required to keep using the app.

Plan prices are shown in the app and include GST where applicable. Online payments are processed by Razorpay; we never store your card or bank details.

When a plan lapses your data is not deleted — only the creation of new bookings stops. Everything resumes the moment a plan is active again.

Your bookings, stock, customers and ledger belong to you. We do not sell them and no other vendor can see them.

You can ask for an export of your data, or for your account to be closed, at any time.

Do not use the app for anything unlawful, fraudulent, or to extract other people's data.

Do not do anything that degrades the service for others, such as loading the app with automated scripts.

We work hard to keep the service running, but outages caused by the internet, power or third-party services can happen.

In any case AIVEXA LLP's liability is limited to the amount you paid in plan fees over the previous three months.

These terms may be updated when needed; significant changes will be announced in the app.

Indian law governs these terms, and the courts of Darbhanga, Bihar have jurisdiction.
