Refund & Cancellation
This policy covers TentSaathi plan fees (the software subscription) only. Money paid for rented goods is between the vendor and their customer; we are not a party to it.
Try it free first
Every new vendor gets a full week free, with no card required. Run the whole app before paying — that is the best way to decide whether it fits your business.
When you get a refund
Within 7 days of paying, if the app is not right for you, you get a full refund — provided fewer than 10 bookings were created on that plan.
If you were charged twice, or a technical fault meant the plan never activated, you get a full refund regardless of how long ago it was.
After 7 days we do not refund the unused part of a period, but you can cancel so that nothing is charged again.
How to ask
Write to support@aivexallp.com or message 9204298771 on WhatsApp with your registered phone number and the payment date.
We reply within 3 working days. Approved refunds go back the way they came and take 5–7 working days to reach your bank.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time. The app keeps working until the paid period ends, after which new bookings stop.
Cancelling does not delete your data.
