Privacy Policy

To create an account: your name, phone number and password. If you sign in with Google, the name and email Google gives us.

Vendor details: business name, city, locality, and — only if you choose to share it — your shop's location, so nearby customers can find you.

Operational data: the bookings, stock, customer names and numbers, and payment records you enter yourself.

Payments: online payments are handled by Razorpay. Card numbers, CVV and UPI PINs never reach our servers.

Only to run the app — showing your bookings, counting stock date by date, keeping your ledger, and managing your plan.

We do not sell your data and we do not use it to serve advertising.

Your bookings, customers and ledger are visible only to your own business. No other vendor can open them.

The agent who referred you sees only your business name, city and plan status — never your bookings, customers or earnings.

Customers see only what you publish: your business name, categories, items and free quantities.

Data is stored on Supabase (PostgreSQL) and travels over HTTPS. Passwords are never stored in readable form, only as hashes.

Row level security is enforced in the database itself, so the boundary between one vendor and another is not merely an app-level check.

To access, correct, export or delete your data, or to close your account, write to support@aivexallp.com or message 9204298771 on WhatsApp. We act within 30 days.

On account closure your operational data is deleted, except what we must retain for legal or accounting purposes.

We set only essential cookies: to keep you signed in, to remember your language, and — if you arrived through an agent's link — to remember that code. No advertising or tracking cookies.
